The forest ranger
Tom is a forest ranger. His home - the Patagonian forest - has been destroyed by a terrible fire that almost wiped it out completely.
Tom is committed to rebuilding the forest piece by piece from the ashes and bringing back the splendor and magic that was lost.
Tom will have to protect and care for the new forest, all the while using his bizarre creations to try to solve the problems of its peculiar inhabitants.
This Story aims to illustrate the current state of modern man’s relationship with the environment. By casting a light on our responsibility when faced with a reality full of negligence, urban man who has lost daily contact with the earth must reimagine and relearn how to coexist with nature.

Tom is the principal creator living in a large Patagonian rainforest, totally rebuilt from its ashes after having been destroyed by a terrible fire that almost wiped it out completely.
Tom, thanks to the guidance of some “wise trees” (the only survivors), is committed to rebuilding the forest with his own hands, piece by piece from the ashes and bring back the splendor and magic that was lost.
WOO
Woo is a woodpecker and one of the few flesh-and-bone animals who managed to survive the blaze. An inseparable companion to Tom, he lives in his beard and takes on the job of finishing the details adorning Tom’s creations, peck- ing away like an artist with his chisel.
He also helps Tom collect dif- ferent materials that the forest offers, from small branches to fallen leaves. He monitors from up above in case any of the for- est’s inhabitants need help, and is always on alert for any pos- sible threat.
The Workshop
It’s a kind of greenhouse-workshop where Tom and Woo live.
There, they not only work on their creations, they also, by order of the “wise old trees”,
plant dif- ferent types of saplings to be transplanted to the forest once they’re bigger, thus returning them to the earth.
